The Engagement at a Glance
A twelve-month True Leadership Coaching engagement includes:
Twelve 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, via Zoom, used across the year
Vision, Values, and Behaviors mapping for the True Self in leadership
Assessments as relevant to the leader, such as a Human Design Blueprint, meeting observations, 360 review as the engagement calls for it
Unlimited between-session check-ins by text, email, or phone
Access to Truth Collective's frameworks and tools across the year
Most clients re-engage for multiple years. Each year is renewed with re-clarified goals.
Payment Options
Pay in Full $12,000
Monthly $1,200 per month for twelve months
Card and ACH accepted at checkout. Both options include the full twelve-month engagement. Monthly payments are processed automatically on the same date each month.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is personalized, structured support for leaders in transition. Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-oriented and action-based: it draws on assessments, frameworks, and honest conversation to surface what is true, clarify what matters, and translate insight into how you lead. Coaches are trained listeners who use questions, observation, and reflection exercises to bring out the client's own discernment and direction.
This is not therapy and does not treat or diagnose mental health conditions. If therapeutic support is needed alongside the coaching work, we welcome that and will coordinate as appropriate.
Joint Accountabilities
The work is held by mutual commitment. We are each accountable for specific things, and we are both accountable for the partnership.
Client accountabilities will include:
Trusting and committing to the Truth Collective® timeline and process
Completing agreed-upon work and reflection between sessions
Taking full ownership and responsibility of your choices, decisions, and actions during the engagement
Sharing what's relevant to meet the goals of our work together
Scheduling and using the 12 sessions within the year-long commitment
Honoring the intellectual property Truth Collective® provides for your use
My accountabilities as your coach:
Guiding the process, pushing your thinking, telling the truth, and not accepting excuses
Holding strict confidentiality across the engagement
Being prepared, present, and committed to the integrity of the work
We both will be accountable for:
A partnership where we both show up honestly, speak truthfully, and stay fully committed to the personal and professional growth on your behalf
Meeting agreed-upon deadlines and surfacing anything that may impede progress
Honoring scheduled sessions with minimal cancellations or rescheduling
Terms:
The client is solely responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and results arising out of the coaching relationship. As such, the client agrees the coach is not responsible or liable for any action or inaction, or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided by the coach. The client understands this is not therapeutic service, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
