There are TWO separate cohort times to accommodate all time zones with one morning and one afternoon call each month. You get to choose the cohort that best suits your time/location each month.
We ask you to log in to the calls in a space where you can be fully present with your camera on. To create a space of radical honesty and confidentiality, these calls will not be recorded.
As for individual coaching calls, you will receive a link to schedule your calls during a time that works for you. These can be recorded at your request.
The bonus workshop times will vary. These will be recorded as well if you can’t make it live.

The opening retreat will be a 1-2 day experience in Nashville, TN. We will deeply focus on exercises related to True Self and True Team. We will use this time to get deep work done, learn, and build community. We will create our Vision Maps which will serve as our anchor and accountability. We will also spend time learning innovative frameworks and practices for leadership and culture.
Lunch, snacks, and materials are all included in the program fee.
Lodging, transportation, and breakfast/dinner are not included in the program fee.
