Session 3: Crafting Your Life & Work Vision
Clarify what you truly want across life and work. Define a vision rooted in your values, strengths, and long-term aspirations.

Session 4: Putting It Into Action
Bridge the gap between vision and reality. Create a personalized plan to lead with alignment—every day, in every space.

Participation Agreement

To ensure a transformative experience for the entire cohort, all participants agree to:

✔ Attend at least 5 of 6 live sessions (camera on, engaged)
✔ Dedicate time between sessions to practice the commitments and complete reflection prompts (up to 30 min per week)
✔ Show up fully present in a distraction-free environment
✔ Approach the work with curiosity and honesty. This isn't about fixing other people. It's about owning your patterns and impact.
✔ Honor the confidentiality of the cohort

💡 This is a leadership development experience, not therapy. If additional emotional support is needed, we encourage seeking outside care.

  • Yes! CIRCLE Foundations is a 4-week introductory experience. The CIRCLE Mastermind is a year-long deep dive into the True Leadership Commitments, vision execution, strategic coaching, and peer accountability. It is also a combination of in-person and virtual.

  • Absolutely! Your vision and values evolve over time—this is an opportunity to refine and realign.

  • For the integrity of the group, participants not honoring the agreements may be removed without a refund.

  • Only if you’re comfortable being fully open and vulnerable with them. Otherwise, separate sessions are recommended.

    That being said, one of our main desires for organizations is for all work cultures to be healthy — built on trust and honesty. This experience can be a building block that.

  • Beyond the 4 90-minute live sessions, plan to dedicate at least 60 minutes per week to exercises, journaling, and integration. In addition, you have the ability to interact with the coach for additional support during the four weeks for spot coaching, questions, and feedback.

  • No. To ensure a safe and open space for deep discussions, sessions will not be recorded.
